We will teach you the basic Nordic walking techniques in practice and theory.
At the end of this 1-day course you will be confident to go Nordic Walking on your own with correct technique.

Requirements: general level of fitness (2 walks at moderate pace for 1.5-2 hours each)
Clothing: comfortable clothing and outdoor walking/running shoes appropriate to the weather.
